Live Music at Lunchtime Series 2013

Wednesdays 12:30 – 1:30pm

A series of lunchtime music featuring young and established professional musicians of the highest quality. This series features a wide range of  music and performers on a host of glorious instruments, including voice. Entry is only £3 or £30 for a season ticket (a saving of £12) to hear and see the best new talent in the country and to enjoy the magical surroundings and acoustic of Grimsby Minster. Light lunches will be on sale before the recitals from 11.45am and afterwards until 2.00pm.

Taste of India – A Night of Traditional Food, Music & Dance

Following the huge success of the Sumaya Flamenco evening at the Minster in November 2012, we are pleased to offer this opportunity to enjoy and explore the music, dance and food of another world culture. This time we offer the traditional dance and music of southern India with a performance by the renowned group Manasamitra. Included in the ticket price is a two course meal of Indian delicacies. Seating will be café style on a first come first served basis. Indian beer and a selection of wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
