Baptisms, weddings and funerals

The Minster remains the Parish Church of Grimsby and exists to support members of the local community at times of celebration and of sorrow.

To make enquiries about a baptism or wedding, we invite you to attend ‘Vestry Hour’ in St James’ House on Wednesday evenings between 7.00pm and 7.45pm, alternatively contact the Minster Office between 9.30am and 2.00pm Monday – Friday.

If you would like one of the team of Minster clergy to officiate at a funeral, please ask your chosen funeral director to contact the Parish Office and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that Baptisms take place on the first and third Sunday’s of every month.
